Paying with AutoPay

Want an alternative to writing checks to pay for your monthly workers' compensation premiums? Now you can stretch your payments out for a full year! Check out AutoPay!

The Manufacturing Technology Mutual Insurance Company (MTMIC) is pleased to announce that we are able to direct debit your business checking account for the amount of your monthly premium payment. These ACH debits will be automatically withdrawn on the due date of your payment (usually the 10th of the month) or the first banking day thereafter. Usually there will be little or no cost to your company, and you need do nothing more than make sure the funds are available to be debited. Complete and return the Authorization for AutoPay form and we will automatically begin debiting your monthly payments!

If you sign up for AutoPay your premiums will be deducted over 12 months instead of 10 months with no service fees or other charges imposed for the extended payment. This means lower monthly payments and easier budgeting.

Important Information:

  • Your Authorization is only good for the current policy year. You must execute a new Authorization for the next policy year.
  • You will not receive monthly billings while on AutoPay - instead we will send a reminder that the payment is due to the email address indicated on the Authorization.
  • The Authorization may be revoked at any time by providing written notice to the MTMIC at least 10 days prior to the due date of the next withdrawal. You will not be able to re-elect to participate in AutoPay until the following policy year. You will immediately revert to the regular 10 payment plan and will be responsible for making all remaining payments by check. Billings will be issued to reflect the adjusted amounts due.
  • If the funds are not available in your account to cover the debit when presented you will be responsible for any fees or expenses incurred by MTMIC.
  • All premium payments are subject to final payroll audits.
  • Your account will not be automatically debited for your audit balance due.
