There will be six tabs consisting of:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Home Page &#8211; Announcements<\/li><li>Member Information<\/li><li>Security, Contact, Locations<\/li><li>Claims \u2013 Form 100, Open and Closed, Watchlist<\/li><li>Billing \u2013 Payments by Policy Year<\/li><li>Documents \u2013 Reports, Forms, Safety Program Templates<\/li><li>Videos \u2013 300+ Training Videos in Multiple Languages&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please contact Patty Allen at (248) 715-0013 or patricia.allen@mtmic.com\/blog with questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Claims Document Uploads<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>have enhanced our customer portal so that you will now have the ability to upload medical documents as a means to get them to the claims adjuster that is handling your claim.
